Clients receive a license for personal or agreed commercial use according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Images may not be sold, edited, or redistributed without written permission unless specifically authorized.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure participants cooperate during the session.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions
• Venue restrictions
• Acts of nature
• Government restrictions
• Internet or delivery service interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
